Tip #1 Water is your best friend
Drink up with water and avoid sugary drinks. This clear liquid can do wonders for your skin. It will help your skin look more hydrated and plumped. I can even tell you I see fewer acne breakouts too!
Tip #2 Eat Greener!
Eat healthier foods, I know this is a hard one. I love chocolate and popcorn! So instead of eliminating it from my diet, I just try to find a healthy version of it or just limit the intake.
Tip #3 Less alcohol and caffeine
I know this is a tough one to say no to. Especially when you know a cup of coffee can give you some energy in the morning. The thing with coffee is that its borrowed energy, you will have to eventually give it back. Alcohol can dehydrate you and your skin, causing you to look older and tired. So just consume with moderation, less is better.

This tip has helped me the most, I know its so much extra work. But that extra work will pay off when your skin looks more clear. I have seen my skin clear up when I wash my brushes often and as soon as I stop, there come the blemishes.

Limit fragrance in your beauty products. Certain skin care lotions or face primers can irritate your skin when they contain a fragrance. I didn't realize this until I started reading the ingredients on my beauty products and so I started purchasing items with little or no fragrance. My skin can finally breathe!
