3 simple Tips to get you started on how to re-think. What your thinking matters, practice mindfulness.

Tip #1 Realize what your thinking.

Your thoughts often lead to how you feel inside. Sometimes I don’t realize it but I repeat a thought in my head without noticing. Step back, become aware and stop thinking. I know this is hard to do, since it may feel like thoughts just jump from one to another. So once again, step back and go for a walk and realize what your thinking, does it make any sense?

Tip#2 Don’t worry about things you cant control.

Stop worrying about the things you can’t control and focus more time on the things you can. Oh how many times have I replayed an event that happen at work or told a friend about a coworker that stole my account. I can complain all I want but after a while I’m going to have to focus on something else. Maybe something I can control, like my perspective about it. Trust me you’ll end up looking back one day and wished you would of started sooner.

Tip #3 What are you putting in your mind?

Take care of your mind like you take care of your body and pets. What you put into your mind is powerful. What you think about yourself and life becomes true. Think about it, the healthy fruits and veggies you put in your body provides it nutrients. Care for your mind with inspiring nutrients like optimistic words and auto biographies.
